Bryan D. Hoffman
President
Mr. Hoffman currently serves as President of Sun, where he is responsible for managing the operations of the company.  Mr. Hoffman began his career in 1988 with the U.S. Air Force and then went to work as a lineman apprentice for a local electrical contractor in 1992.  In 1996, he worked briefly for Sun’s operation in Andrews, Texas.  He then went to work for a friendly competitor in the region, Moose Electric. Subsequently, Moose Electric was sold to TESSCO, of Midland, Texas in 2001, where Mr. Hoffman developed TESSCO’s transmission market with American Electric Power and TXU.  Mr. Hoffman was then promoted to VP of Transmission in 2003. 

Mr. Hoffman rejoined Sun in March 2004 where he has rapidly expanded their transmission construction and maintenance capabilities with various utilities throughout the region.  Mr. Hoffman has been integral in growing Sun from 21,000 man-hours worked in 2004 to over 378,000 in 2008. Mr. Hoffman has strong operational leadership and maintains effective relationships with regional management at various utilities.

Bradley P. Romanchuk, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Romanchuk has recently joined Sun as their Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Romanchuk has worked in the electric transmission construction industry since 2001 and he has served in various executive level positions including Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of both public and private companies.  During his time as CFO with Maslonka & Associates, Inc., a national transmission line contractor, he managed the growth of the company from $16 million to over $82 million in revenues in just over 3 years.  He assisted in facilitating the sale of the company to InfraSource Services, Inc. in 2004, including assisting with the company’s subsequent integration with InfraSource.

Mr. Romanchuk began his career in 1998 in Canada with a group of related private investment and public companies that had various interests from mining to technology, where he served as Vice President, Business Development.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona, and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
