Sun Electric has deep roots in the oilfield production.  We have been electrifying the oilfields of West Texas since our inception in 1982.  Our Production Services division provides specialized services to the oil and natural gas industry, including installation, electrification and maintenance of all well-site electrical equipment such as transformers, underground service, meter equipment, motors, drive unit belts and sheaves, control panel design and wiring, tank batteries, oil well pumping units, and natural gas and CO2 process systems.

From our two regional offices in Odessa and Andrews we are currently working with several of the Permian Basin’s major oil and natural gas companies.
